Martin from Nature Calls

A sweat lodge is a centuries-old ritual practised by Indigenous communities worldwide. This evening, we gather on the edge of the fields in Leiden, overlooking the Dutch polder landscape.

It's not a sauna. It's an evening spent outdoors around the fire. Together, we prepare the space before entering the low dome covered with wool blankets. Once inside, the door closes, the space becomes completely dark, and the heat invites you inward.

Inside, you return to the basics: your breath, your body, the beat of your heart. The warmth helps soften what feels heavy. The silence creates space to reconnect with yourself and listen to what is present within.

The Day
We gather for a full day in nature. A light shared dinner is included after the ceremony. Please bring something small for the potluck, and we'll provide a big pot of nourishing soup.

Price
€111 per person

The sweat lodge takes place in our magical polder landscape.
